The Clearwater Secondary School undergraduate class of 2025 celebrated the beginning of their future and the pinnacle of high school starting on Friday June 13 with a cap and gown meeting and awards night. Family and friends gathered along with staff and students to bid farewell to another graduating class at CSS with laughter, tears, shouts and plaudits.
Among the guest speakers was crowd favorite, retired CSS teacher Brent Buck who is always entertaining with his facial expressions and pranks that capture the attention of any audience member. Buck solicited much laughter as he promote, praised and congratulated the alumni for a year of hard work as they head off to pursue their dreams.
Guest speakers TNRD chairman for Area” A” Usoff Tsao also offered some words of wisdom along with School District #73 school trustee Shelley Sim, both congratulating the Course of 2025 on a job well done.
Main Darren Coates joined all those present to compliment the kids and honours of scholarships and bursaries rounded out the night.
The following day on Saturday June 14, the grads donned formal use to drive through Clearwater in the monthly college festival winding through town which ended up at the dinner location that was beautifully decorated for their celebratory dinner and dance that evening with invited guests.
Audiences lined the streets during the festival to cheer on the peers who rode on a variety of automobiles from vintage cars to trucks and other special forms of transportation. Shouts of” Congratulations! ” could be heard frequently as they made their way through their home as champions for the day heading off towards their potential dreams and ambitions.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring, a saying frequently repeated but one thing seems apparent, with the objectives expressed by the Clearwater Secondary Class of 2025 the possibilities are endless and the future shines bright with assurance.
