After months of open type and style iterations, a fresh official emblem for CSS has emerged.

It has since grown to be a crucial part of modern web design and has become a core element of the World Wide Web. As you might think, a lot has changed with since’ 96. The latest generation of has evolved to do things that previously required JavaScript, much like modern HTML. CSV then supports mathematics functions and can enhance and animate objects.
, a Chrome CSS Developer Advocate at Google, set out to create a new established brand in August 2024 to observe and highlight goals and advances in CSS. Design entries were open to the public, and many suggestions and variations were entered for concern.
Months after, a final version was chosen for voting, and the purple version below, which became CSS’s new established logo, was adopted on November 12, 2024.
The and can be installed in various graphic platforms, including AVIF, SVG, WebP, PNG, and JPEG. All is encouraged to use CSS whenever and wherever they refer to it.
