With mortgage lender MPowered as its surveying agent, Countrywide Surveying Services ( CSS) has agreed to extend its contract.
The agreement first appeared in September 2023.
MPowered, which was introduced in 2020, makes use of technology and AI to give lenders and borrowers more control over the loan application and origination process. To increase the lease process for all parties involved, the firm’s system uses data technology for underwriting and risk management.
Residential observing, valuation screen management, and property risk services are provided by 450 in-house listed valuers qualified by RICS.
The pair claimed that the new agreement “cements the powerful working relationship” between the two companies and allows surveying and assessment services to continue to support MPowered’s lending model.
